Working principle of bridge coordinate measuring machine

The bridge coordinate measuring machine is a high-precision three-coordinate measuring equipment, which is widely used in industrial manufacturing. Its working principle is mainly divided into three aspects: beam movement, column lifting and workbench movement.
First, through the movement of the beam on the column, the X-axis coordinate of the measurement is determined. The workbench is usually equipped with a high-sensitivity sensor to measure the coordinate value of the workpiece in the Y-axis direction, and then the final measurement result is obtained through computer data processing and analysis.
